Snow Patrol: Wildness
I first got into Snow Patrol in 2004, when a co-worker recommended I pick up their (superb) third studio album, Final Straw. Over the years, I recall hearing the odd Snow Patrol tune on the radio or backing a movie soundtrack (e.g. The Lightning Strike (What if the World Ends) on Act of Valor soundtrack) but I didn’t consciously seek out any of their new material in earnest until over the last few weeks when my family and I were vacationing in Florida and I fell in love with their latest album, Wildness. This album comes after a 7-year hiatus and is a solid listen.
