Patrick Watson is an experimental singer-songwriter / band from Montreal, Quebec who won the Polaris Music Prize in 2007. I came across him / them on Stingray Music’s Rock Alternative channel. Places You Will Go is off the 2015 album Love Songs For Robots and is based on the Dr. Seuss book Oh, The Places You’ll Go! and is a perfect blend of accessible lyrics, pure vocals and impeccable production.
