Nothing But Thieves: Self-titled
Nothing But Thieves (NBT) are a UK-based alternative band who released their debut self-titled album on October 16, 2015. I became aware of NBT as their song Trip Switch was a regular song on Alt Nation’s summer playlist. Their debut album has a number of great songs including Excuse Me, Wake Up Call, Graveyard Whistling, Drawing Pins, Tempt You (Evocatio) and Honey Whiskey. NBT’s sound and song writing is solid but, for me at least, what makes them stand out from their contemporaries is lead singer Conor Mason’s voice which has tremendous range and is reminiscent of Jeff Buckley.
